The FORWARD Study is an open-label study evaluating the pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, efficacy, and safety of tanruprubart (ANX005) in participants with Guillain-Barré Syndrome, also referred to as GBS.
- GBS is a rare, serious, and life-threatening neuromuscular emergency.
- Tanruprubart is an investigational drug and is not approved by the FDA or any other healthcare authority.
